Does Pueraria Mirifica increase Breast Size?

Pueraria Mirifica may help increase breast size because it raises estrogen levels in the body. Higher estrogen levels increase fat deposits in the connective tissue resulting in increased breast size.

A study performed on rats showed that a 3% dose of Pueraria Mirifica resulted in a significant rise in the number of mammary gland cells. The study concluded that the long-term administration of Pueraria Mirifica after puberty produced estrogenic effects on mammary glands.

Several formulations containing Pueraria Mirifica are available commercially for increasing breast size, however, the dosage should be selected with caution, because its higher dosage may also increase risk of the breast cancer

What is the Dosage of Pueraria Mirifica for Breast Enlargement?

Since Pueraria Mirifica is available in different formats such as oil, gel, lotion, and oral supplements the dosage varies depending on the type.

  • Oral: an oral dose of 200-400 mg of extract per day.
  • Oil, gel, lotion: manufacturers suggest application twice a day on the breast.
  • Liquid: a 10-gram powder containing papaya extract and Pueraria Mirifica daily mixed with 250 ml of water.
  • Powder: 1-2 spoons of Pueraria Mirifica powder mixed with honey and milk, applied over the breast for 15 minutes.

However, precautions should be taken regarding dosage, as the higher dosage and prolonged use can increase the risk of breast cancer. Also, it should not be consumed along with oral contraceptives.

Can you use Papaya, Pueraria Mirifica, and Coffee for Breast Enhancement?

Papaya and Pueraria Mirifica can be used for breast enhancement because papaya extract protects breasts from oxidative damage and Pueraria Mirifica increases breast size. However, researchers did not find any relation between the consumption of coffee and breast size. Several products containing papaya extracts and Pueraria Mirifica with coffee are available on the market, they contain coffee probably to improve taste and for antioxidant effect.

Studies show that papaya extract exerts an antioxidant effect and protects the breast from the effects of estrogen-induced hyperplasia (increase in the number of cells) that can lead to cancer.

More clinical studies and research are required before the combination of papaya and Pueraria Mirifica can be prescribed for breast enhancement, one should take precautions before consuming any commercially available supplements.

Can you use Pueraria Mirifica and Saw Palmetto for breast enhancement?

Pueraria Mirifica and Saw Palmetto can be useful for breast enhancement because the former has estrogenic effects on the body and the latter can help improve the levels of feminine hormones such as prolactin, progesterone, and estrogen contributing to breast enhancement.

Studies show that Pueraria Mirifica can increase breast size by promoting cell growth in mammary glands.

Saw Palmetto may also help balance and regulate hormone levels in females, which could result in the proper growth and development of breasts.

However, Saw Palmetto has shown conflicting results with respect to the maintenance of hormonal levels. More clinical trials and evidence are required to substantiate its claim with regard to breast enhancement.

Pueraria Mirifica vs. Bovine Ovary, which one is better for Breast Enhancement?

Given the positive user reviews, bovine ovary is better than Pueraria Mirifica for breast enhancement. Online forums and blogs suggest its higher success rate as compared to Pueraria Mirifica. In addition to this, the following differences must be considered when choosing between bovine ovary and Pueraria Mirifica.

  • Mechanism of action: Pueraria Mirifica acts by providing an additional source of hormones, whereas bovine ovary works by stimulating hormone production that may help in the growth of the breasts. The former works as an external agent while the latter works by improving the body’s functioning.
  • Risk: A higher dose of Pueraria Mirifica may result in hormonal imbalance while bovine ovary is reported to be less risky.
  • Cost: Given that Pueraria Mirifica is of plant origin it is less expensive than bovine ovary which is of animal origin.
  • Origin: The animal origin of bovine ovary as a supplement may not be acceptable to everyone.
  • Weight gain: The Pueraria Mirifica is reported to result in weight gain, but bovine ovary does not result in weight gain.
  • Interference with birth control methods and contraceptives: Pueraria Mirifica is reported to interfere with birth control contraceptives, and bovine ovary is not reported to have any such effects.

Can you take Pueraria Mirifica and Fenugreek together for Breast Enhancement?

Pueraria Mirifica and Fenugreek can be taken together because the former contains phytoestrogen that helps maintain and enhance levels of estrogen, while the latter increases secretion of an important hormone involved in breastfeeding known as prolactin helping breast enhancement.

Several products containing the above two ingredients are available commercially for the purpose of breast enhancement. There is no interaction and adverse effects are reported with the products. Given Pueraria Mirifica and fenugreek, both are of plant origin and are considered safe in low dosage.

However, the combination should not be used while pregnant, or while using oral contraceptives. Also, a higher dosage may interfere with blood sugar levels. One should only use a clinically validated combination while using supplements.
